During his 13 years at Willamette, Coach Speckman has been involved in nine winning seasons with the Bearcats.

He co-wrote the book with W. Jason Niedermeyer, a Willamette graduate and a former player and assistant coach. Niedermeyer lives in Salem, where he teaches biology and English.
